Janet Brown grew up on Florida’s Space Coast, attended college in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains and settled in Washington, D.C. where she worked for several consultants to the federal government. When offered an opportunity to return to the Sunshine State and a slower pace, she took it.

Janet has been back on the Treasure Coast for 25 years. She has worked on Jupiter Island for over 20 years, the past 7 in real estate, while raising her family in Hobe Sound. As their two sons have grown up, Janet and her husband have followed them from coaching sports, to serving and volunteering at the local day care centers, schools, Scouts, Habitat for Humanity and at the Hobe Sound Library. Janet is an avid gardener, photographer, kayaker, fisherman and traveler.

Janet is a second generation Realtor with a wealth of information and local knowledge of Hobe Sound and the surrounding communities. She has listed and sold properties on both sides of the Intracoastal, including Jupiter Island, Loblolly, Treasure Cove, Mariner Sands, Jupiter Hills, Zeus Park and some of our finest waterfront and golf communities.
